I don't have the speaker icon

How do I get the speaker icon

I am not one of the computer gurus here, so this is a guess- but I think some browsers have trouble with them- for a while I could get them on internet explorer but not firefox, so I would have to open a page in both- because the internet explorer has different issues with the site- and pick between the two depending on what I was trying to do. So that someone with more knowledge can help, please put in what browser you are using- if it is not internet explorer and you have internet explorer, try opening the site in that browser and see if they are there.
