What does this mean, and how can I respond to it in Spanish?

It means...'guess what guys?', and you can respond to it by saying 'qué ?'

That should be "¿Qué adivinan, muchachos?" With the addition of "los" it shouldn't be direct address. - samdie, Nov 2, 2010
