How to say that it is my sisters or parents bedroom?

Hi im just starting out and just wanted to get a bit od advice on how to say a few things. I am not exactly sure how to say that "it is my sisters (singular) or parents (plural) bedroom. My understanding is that it should be written as "es mi hermanas (singular) dormitorio" and "es mis padres dormitorio" or should it be written "es el dormitorio de mi hermana" and "es el dormitorio de mis padres" i think maybe both versions are write but i think that the first way is more prectical. If anyone could clear this up for me that would be great. Thanks!

"es el dormitorio de mi hermana" and "es el dormitorio de mis padres"
These are correct. The "more practical" versions are, simply, wrong.
