Lleraramos???

Question

Any ideas as to what 'lleraramos' might mean? It is used in this sentence- Que toda nos lleraramos bien y nos hablamos.

Also any help on this next sentence would be great because it has me very confused- "Que no mesclen problemos de cosa en el trabajo en jeneral como patron y empleado." It translated to "problems that seamlessly blend into the work thing as employee and employer in general " but that sentence doesn't make sense.
