can anyone translate this better than this crazy translator please?

Contestamamos a su llamada en la que nos maniiesta molestar por las incidencias en la entrega de sus envios internacionales Le comunicamos que los envios que indicaba en su queja todios has ido con el remitente de este envio y formule una Reclamacion en origen para hacer un seguimiento exhaustivo y determinar lo que proceda lamentamos las molestias que le hayamos podido ocasionar y le pedimos disculpas por las mismas

There are a couple of errors, which aren't helping

Contestamos..... manifesta (I think)....todos.... reclamación

With these changes I obtain this from a translator:

"We answer your call in which we manifest by disturbing incidents in the delivery of international orders Please be advised that shipments in its complaint stating all gone with the sender of the shipment and make a claim at source for comprehensive monitoring and determine what appropriate regret any inconvenience we have caused and we apologize for the same."

Can you get the gist from this? (It doesn't help that there's no punctuation either.)

Please try to make sense of it, if you can't, post on this thread again.

I see, didn't know that...I think it is saying to make a claim from originating source?

ie USA?

Sorry for the inconvenience [that] we have caused you and we apologize for the same.

Look at how well it translates when you actually tell it where the sentence begins and ends. (proper punctuation).
