I need help with a work questionaire

I need to know the best way to ask:

What do you consider are your best skills?

What are some skills you have that you think your supervisor should know but you don't get the opportunity to show very often?

What are some things you would like to see change within the company in 2011? Good and bad?

I need to know how to word these questions in the best way so my guys will understand them. They are all from the interior of Mexico. Sometimes when I just use the translator they don't understand what I'm trying to ask them.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Hmmm...if you don't know how to ask these questions in Spanish how will you understand the answers when they come back to you in Spanish?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic or a wise guy, but I really do wonder how much good asking in Spanish will do you. - --Mariana--, Nov 1, 2010

Hi, Saras, welcome to the Forum!

You must understand that we can't help you to answer that. In this Forum we encourage people to make their own attempt, but we can't do your homework for you.

So, what about trying to write it by yourself in Spanish? Once you're done, post it here and we will be glad to help you with your work.

They speak enough English to answer me. Anything they write in Spanish I will translate. I just want to make sure to ask these questions in the best form for them to understand so they know exactly what I'm asking me. Their opinions matter very much to me. And while I'm learning Spanish I still have a long way to go. If I were asking them in person I would be able to communicate just fine. But this will be a printed questionairre for them to fill out.
