GAME---Prepositions
Yes, it's time to tackle "those little words" that we're often not quite sure about....PREPOSITIONS But little words mean alot, and, if we all help each other, we will conquer these pesky little palabras.
Marianne has graciously agreed to to moderate these posts, keeping all of these little words straight and all of us going in the right direction.
If you're wondering exactly what words and phrases we're talking about, you can choose any from this list:
Like an A-Z game, be sure to click on NEWEST to find out what the latest word is, or we will get hopelessly lost!
I will start the game off with a sentence that needs a preposition.
The next person's entry should look like this:
Given preposition: restate the preposition
Translated: translate the preposition into English
Sentence: Write a Spanish sentence using that preposition
Translated Sentence: Write the same sentence in English
New preposition: Choose another preposition from the list above for the next person .
