1. Why does the author entitle this text ‘A terrible warning’?

The author entitles the text “A terrible warning” because he gives an example of what would happen to the earth when there are ecological disasters and deforestation, which will bring hunger and no room for people.

It means that humans are destroying nature and so that the planet.

you might want to change "no room for people" to "not leave room for people" and on that last sentence change "and so that the planet" to " and the planet as well"

I think deforestation is alss an ecological disaster, so I would write:

deforestation and other ecological disasters
