pero ahora mismo cuento otras tres ventanillas especiales: una, la empresarial, es para trámites empresariales, obvio, pero hoy tampoco se ve tan vacía

I know tampoco means "either/neither," but I'm not sure how it would be translated here.

(There isn't further context in the text relating to this.)

Could it be "again today"? Thanks!

Shouldn't it be "se ven"? Is it "ahora mismo" or "mismo cuento" there? But "right now" I count three special windows, or But now "same story", three special windows.

obvio, pero hoy tampoco se ve tan vacía

obviously, but neither today it looks so empty

It seems to me that the context indicates that ´today´ should be a slow day for business transactions but it´s not.

It would be translated as "either/neither". The only difference is the word order. Move "tampoco" at the end of the sentence and try to re-translate.
