"la empresarial"

pero ahora mismo cuento otras tres ventanillas especiales: una, la empresarial, es para trámites empresariales, obvio, pero hoy tampoco se ve tan vacía;

The context here are the windows at the bank branch (is there a better word than "windows"?)

Is "la empresarial" the manager's window? for business transactions

Thanks!

Thanks, Julian. I just wanted to know if there was a more accurate translation of "ventanilla" in English than "window." Thanks!

Ventanilla is the correct word in this context. It's quite common in banking, markets, and anything having to do with the movement of funds or even a government's offer of buy/sell in currency exchange.

ventanilla.

(Del dim. de ventana).

what are the other two (small) windows?

This one would be business window, entrepreneurial window. Not the manager´s, but the employee´s who deals with firms and corporations transactions.
