Is "at the weekend" "en el fin de semana" or is it "al fin de semana"? I can't think which it should be.

Welcome to the forum. "At the weekend = al fin de semana", but it sounds odd to me in English (U.S.). Do you mean "at the end of the week - al fin de la semana", or "on the weekend - en el fin de semana"?

Ahhh here in the UK we say at the weekend rather than on the weekend. Thanks for your answer. - DanDaMan, Nov 2, 2010
