Sonogram... is usually said "ultrasonido"

M R I... usually "resonancia magnética", written it can be "I R M" or " M R I"

C A T... usually is just "T A C" which is shor for "Tomografía axial computarizada"

"necesita un ultrasonido"

"Vamos a hacerle un M R I (una resonancia magnética)"... the "M R I" is pronounced as in English.

"Tómale un T A C"... T A C is as it would be pronounced in Spanish, not letter by letter... but in a word... tac
