En consideración de lo anterior, se definió el objetivo general del estudio, el cual apuntó al esclarecimiento de las variables que afectan el éxito del proyecto. De éste modo, los objetivos específicos que se desprendieron tuvieron que ver, en términos generales, con conocer las percepciones que respecto al problema presentaban los principales actores vinculados a la iniciativa. Para lo anterior, se ha hecho uso de la técnica de entrevista semi estructurada, en el marco de un estudio cualitativo con carácter fenomenológico.

In which case I hope someone will come along to help, if not, try reposting I would have loved to have helped but I'm afraid my translation skills are not quite up to standard, lol

Just for practice I have had a go with a bit of help from the translator as well but I'm afraid I can't guarantee that it's correct, and one bit had me totally stumped. But don't give up there are many member here who would do a fantastic job of translation so I hope they notice your thread and give you a more accurate translation. All the best!
