How to translate or give a good equivalent for Bolsa Solidaria and Comedor Solidario and Comunidad Solidaria? (Terms used in Latin American Social Services) Thanks

Hi CoraMcD, welcome to the forum.
I have done some self-educating on some Spanish language websites to try to get a feeling for what these programs are in Spanish. I am wondering if "entitlement payments" and "entitlement food programs" would be reasonable translations.
Based on what I read, I think this will at least get you in the ballpark.
I believe that "comunidad solidaria" could be translated as "social development".
