Also, I've heard "¿Cómo es él?" to mean "What does he look like?" And I wonder if one could say "¿Cómo soy yo?" for "How do I look?" which is something one says after dressing for a particular occasion. - webdunce, Oct 30, 2010

Hi, Jeezz!
Ok, in Spain it's more usual to say,
¿Qué tal estoy?
¿Qué tal me ves?
¿Qué pinta tengo? (colloquial)
Answer: ¡Estupendo! Estás muy guapo.
Please, don't traslate this as"¿cómo parezco?", it's a common mistake and it sounds so odd!
