'matrimonio' does mean marriage, but 'antes del matrimonio' (not 'de' ) sounds weird in Spanish. We say 'antes de casarse', or 'before getting married'. - bill1111, Oct 30, 2010

La contabilidad es muy complicada para mí. Por eso pago a una persona que está capacitada para preparar mis impuestos.

Accounting is very complicated for me. For that reason I pay a qualified person to prepare my taxes.

Except for the lack of a preposition ('a una persona'), it's correct. To make it sound more idiomatic I'd say: "Llevar la contabilidad me resulta muy complicado. Por eso, pago a una persona capacitada para preparar mi declaración" - bill1111, Oct 30, 2010
