How do you phrase gaining or acquiring skills?

I'm writing a job application/cv and want to say that i have gained many skills- is it simply 'he ganado muchas habilidades' ? or do i need to use different words in this context? Gracias!

I think that "He adquirido muchas habilidades" fits better.
