A negative sentence using tampoco does not need no?
Example: No creo que pueda - I don't think I can. Entonces baja. Then climb down. Tampoco creo que pueda. I don't think I can do that either. No is not needed in the last sentence, or should I say, no is not used ever in that sense? Gracias.

Tampoco has already the negative meaning... it doesn't need "no"... hmm... it can be used as in.
"No, tampoco puedo"... "No, me neither"
