Is this writing gramatically correct? does it make sense? if not how can i change it?

With your paragraph you have "cancelar" and "practicar" in their infinitive forms. You need to add a subject to them. There are plenty of times when you do leave verbs in the infinitive but these situations are not one of them.
I suggest changing things to this.
Yo iba a tirar una fiesta en el primero de abril pero estoy lo cancelando porque muchas personas no vienen. John y Ethan no vienen porque van a paracticar los deportes. Cristinia y ana están en colorado.
In your paragraph you said "I have a party on April and one." I have changed things to "I was going to throw a party on the first of April," putting things in the past tense and adding the verb tirar, to throw. I also added an ordinal number for the date.
I hope this helps.
Later!
Hola Joey, tengo una fiesta el primero de abril.La voy a cancelar porque muchas personas no vendran. John y Ethan no vendran porque tienen que practicar deportes; Cristina y Ana no podran asistir, estan en Colorado. Que triztesa! ( I hope you like it!)
Welcome to the forum. Just for future reference it would help if you posted the English, as well, so we don't mistake what you're trying to say.
Hola Joey, Yo tengo una fiesta en Abril y uno (You have another one?). Yo la cancelo porque muchas personas no vienen. John y Ethan no vienen porque ellos practican deportes y Cristiana y Ana están en Colorado.
Hasta luego, Andrew
Hi Joey. I have a party in April... I am canceling it because many people aren't coming. John and Ethan aren't coming because they practice sports and Cristiana and Ana are in Colorado.
Later, Andrew
Is that what you intended? It's not really idiomatic Spanish, but it would probably be understood. I'd use different verb tenses, mostly, but you've made a great start.
hmm... it has many mistakes, but I need to know what you meant... to correct it.
Well this is what it says:
I have a party in April and one. I to cancel because many people do not come. John and Ethan do not come because they to play sports and Cristini and ana are in Colorado.
That might help you see where you have gone wrong.
- also remember you rarely need to use personal pronouns, so those two yo's are unnecessary because the conjugation of the verb shows that you are talking about yourself, it couldn't be anyone other than you
