Need help with the phrase "Qhe?"

The christian rock band "VCV" has an album entitled "QHE?" Perhaps "Qhe" is an intentional mispelling of "Que" ? I haven't been able to find much information on either the band or the album besides a few videos on Youtube.

Maybe it´s a pun,
but if you pay attention, track 5 of the album is: Q H E? > Qué Haría Él

The only thing I know about "QHE" is Quantum Hall Effect

Look at this.. You'll find a lot of thing to ask from this besides qhe I don't know why but people like misspelling...
