Is here I go really aqui voy?

Question

I'm not really sure if "here I go" is "aqui voy" since it's an expression. Can anyone confirm if it's aqui voy? (I can't find it in the phrasebook....)

I think is correct "aqui voy", but the common idiom is "Que voy" or "Voy"
