Sinónimos y Antónimos...."el embarazo"

Question

I haven't seen this thread in a couple of days so I thought I would do one today. The word of the day is "el embarazo" which means "pregnancy, obstacle, hindrance". Come up with as many synonyms and antonyms as you can with both English and Spanish translations. I got the green light from Marianne. She said she would be the moderator if you post a sentence with your word. Thanks Marianne! So definitely post your sentences in both English and Spanish. I'll start:
