I don't find this word in my professional dictionary or in the online RAE . If it exists as a Spanish word, it must be pretty archaic or obscure. I have never heard or seen it before.

The first reply is absolutely correct.

There is a word "Puglista*, however, that is a slang term for a prizefighter;i.e. a "boxer" in case this helps your search.

The word "pugliese" does not exist via the top authority of the Spanish language: "El Real de España" tomes.

In reality your entire sentence makes no real sense so it ends up as a feeble attempt at Spanish. You need a LOT of practice.
