How do I say "I have a headache."?
Is there an informal way to say in Spanish 'I have a headache.'?

Just say, "Me duele la cabeza." It's more grammatically correct.
It should be, Tengo dolor de la cabeza. to say I have a headache.
I would have said "tengo un dolor de cabeza".
Me duele la cabeza means my head hurts but it may not be a headache.
Strewth ! Tengo un dolor de cabeza. I never flamin had one before.
