"la reforma del C.c"
Another legal conundrum here. What does C.c. indicate in this document? Is it referring to, say, "the above"? Has anybody come across this usage in (peninsular) Spanish documents? Is it a commonly used formality? It can't be "carbon copy" surely ![]()
Here's the phrase:
En el ámbito del Derecho civil la reforma del C.c., en materia de adopción, operada por Ley de 11 de noviembre de 1987, ha venido también a reconocer efectos jurídicos
