lo pasado pisado

A friend of mine said this to me.. and I didn't quite get the translation. Separately it didn't really make sense to me. Is it more of a saying?

It's the alteration of a common saying "Lo pasado pasado"... "the past is in the past"

In this case "lo pasado pisado", which would mean "Step on what's in the past and leave it"
