D because hablar must be conjugated to 1st person singular. You are the one doing the talking.

Thinking the response to the first question would be D. not C. because the questioner is asking "Are you speaking to your friends?" So the answer would be "hablo" I am speaking, not "hablas" you are speaking...

Here's a hint for the first question. Translate the first question completely "¿Hablas a tus amigos?" What does it really ask? How would you answer it? Now check your work.
