How to translate "El que tenga tienda, que la atienda" ?

I want to translate this proverb in Spanish "El que tenga tienda, que la atienda". In spanish this proverb refers to the owners of a store. If you have a store you must be there if you want to learn and care your business. Some one know an expression in english for that? Thank you, Helwin
