how can I learn to roll my rr?

I ahve been trying to roll my rrs, but can't catch on. What can I do to learn?

I practiced the word "tres" over and over and over and over and over.....after a few months of saying it as often as I could all day I finally caught on......you have to relax, that is the key I think Good luck....."traer" also seems to help me.

After all that practice, I hope you stopped trilling the 'r' in tres/traer, since it's a single-tap 'r'. - samdie, Oct 25, 2010

Perhaps it would help you as well to hear the way native Spanish speakers do it. Listen to a Spanish radio station in your area or watch Spanish t.v., there are thousands of videos in Spanish too on YouTube.
