Quiero decir

"En esta película......" o "En este papel...."

son estos dos correctos? me confusan mucho los tildes..... está...ésta...esta

Yes, those two sentences are correct.

Este, esta, estos and estas are called demonstratives, and they mean this. Like adjectives, they have to match the noun in gender and number. If you put an accent mark over the first syllable the pronunciation stays the same, but you've turned them into a sort of noun, mean "this one" or "these (ones)". It's the same idea as turning an adjective into a noun: Verde = green, El verde = the green one.

Está is completely different. It's a present tense conjugation of the verb estar, and means "he/she/it/you (formal) is".
