Good start. There are just a couple of things:
La luna está llena esta noche
Está instead of es because it's a temporary state of the moon, not an inherent property. Llena instead of lleno and esta instead of este because both the moon and the night are feminine, and the adjectives and demonstratives have to match the nouns in gender and number.
