It could also mean "Learn real English (not the artificial one you are taught in the classroom)", by the way.

Lazarus -That is what I was thinking because it it a sign outside a school teaching British English as opposed to another shool that teaches USA English. - ian-hill, Oct 23, 2010

I'll make it 3: Really learn English!

It could be Learn English for real, but that would be a little slangy. The other two just don't seem to match.
