Availability of android application

Question

Is the android application mentioned at http://www.spanishdict.com/android available in the android market? I can't locate it there...

I am trying to search for this through the android market application in my sony xperia mini pro, but even search for "spanish" is not able to locate the spanishdict android application - seans, Oct 23, 2010

Does your application allow you to search by author? Can you search for Curiosity Media apps? That has to be a narrower search than anything under "Spanish". - 0074b507, Oct 23, 2010

Thanks gfreed, but this doesn't seem to work. I even tried the QR code and the link: market://search?q=pname:com.spanishdict , but still doesn't work. May be I will try again at a later point in time. - seans, Oct 23, 2010

The application is easily found at the Android Marketplace.

Once you have opened the homepage, simply select the search option and make a search titled Spanishdict and the application can be found on the top of the list.

Have you tried downloading from www.doubletwist.com? If you plug in SpanishDict into their search engine it finds it right away. I'm not familiar with the android market app that you are using so I don't know if you can download from DoubleTwist.com with it. It is setup for providing Android apps so I would suspect that you can.

But how do you download from this site? I have tried using barcode scanner on the barcode on this page but the this then comes back saying that it can't find the browser location... - JohnRoadnight, Oct 25, 2010

It's there, but you have to look for it. I searched for Spanish and then found it on page 31 of the apps listed. Their search engine couldn't find it under SpanishDict.
