In the book I'm reading a guy says the following: Si descubrimos eso y podemos probarlo, estoy salvado. What I understand is this: If we discover that and prove it, estoy salvado. What's estoy salvado?

In that context, it is present with a future value.

I´ll be safe.

I´ll be off the hook

Estoy salvado = I am saved. Salvado is the past participle of the verb salvar used as an adjective in this case.
