Do I add an "s" to cuatro?

Question

¿Cuánto pesas? Peso cincuenta y cuatro kilos.

It seems like almost all sentence samples show the numeric number not the written number which makes it very difficult to learn how to write them. The actual example was written like this:

Peso 54 kilos.

Since kilos is plural, do I add the "s" to cuatro? Also I have seen flashcard sets where the "y" is not included so do I leave it out?

It's ok the way you wrote it...

Peso cincuenta y cuatro kilos.

cuatro already expresses plural so the "s" is not necessary...and the "y" needs to be there...

I've also read cincuentaicuatro... but I think it's wrong.

"cincuentaicuatro" is definitely wrong. All numbers up to 30 are naturally written in a single word (veinticuatro), but not numbers higher than 30. - bill1111, Oct 22, 2010

I agree that "Peso cincuenta y cuatro kilos" is correct.
