hmm... I'd say "yo salgo"... and to continue with the things that aren't said in the pure translation of the word...
¿Quién entre nosotros va a salir? yo salgo... sounds like the answer that the guy would say after none other answered... like...
¿quién va?... bueno pues, yo salgo
Who among us is it gonna be? fine, I'll go
if you want to put some decision on the sentence use... yo voy
