The term MIRANDA RIGHTS refers to the rights of a detained person read to them after arrest pointing out the right to remain silent etc. but only in the United States of America.

The term Derechos Legales or Legal rights covers the situation elsewhere. In the UK, the police officer arrresting would simply 'read someone their rights' ie To read someone their rights translates in Spanish as 'Leer los derechos a alguién'

If you want to refer to the USA term but in Spanish, I think there is no alternative but to say 'Los derechos Miranda'
