The whole sentence reads, (Recognize and deal with all the societal pressures and role expectations to keep the family together at all cost.
I'm having trouble with the role expectations part. Or maybe it's the whole thing... any help would be superb.

Reconoce y enfrenta todas las presiones societales (I don't like this word, but I'm aquainted with it being part of the psychological jargon) y las expectativas sobre el papel que debe desarrollar (de rol) para mantener a la familia unida a cualquier costo.
I'd use "de rol" if the public I'm directing this message knows what I'm talking about, otherwise I'd use the definition as in "sobre el papel que debe desarrollar"
