I would say if it is in a prayer (presumably to God), that it mean "direct me" or "cause me" to do the right thing.
Don't have hope however, as it is unlikely that God exists.

"Dirigirme", with "g". It can mean different things, but in a candle it probably means "to address (someone)", or "to go (somewhere)".
