Una memoria USB es un dispositivo de almacenamiento portátil
o una memoria portátil
o un llavero
También decimos, lapiz o pincho todo esto informal
I'm guessing many people will just call it "flash drive", but over here people call them "unidad(es) flash". I'm sure someone at the RAE is already thinking about a way to brutalize "flash" and make it sound Spanish, like they did with CD-ROM > "cederrón", or whiskey > güisqui.
I'm actually surprised at Heidita's answer being that she's from Spain. Well..then again, maybe it's just something that I hear here in Andalucia:
They just say 'Pen Drive' pronouncing it in a spanish way of course.
