"I'm going to have [...] removed"

What's the most correct way in Spanish to say you want something removed/worked on?

ie: "I hate my tattoo, I want it removed/I'm going to have it removed" ("Odio mi tatuaje, quiero que se quite/voy a dejar que se quite"? there must be something better than that)

"I think she's had her nose worked on." ("creo que ha tenido cirugía para la nariz"? sounds funny)

thanks.

You could say: "Me van a quitar mi ____." "I think she's had her nose worked on" : Creo que se hizo cirugía en la nariz. Or: Creo que se operó su nariz.

I hate my tattoo, I want it removed/I'm going to have it removed

Odio mi tatuaje, voy a hacer que me lo quiten

Ella odia su tatuaje, va a hacer que se lo quiten

you can use ´hacer que+reflexive pronoun+verb´structure when someone is going to do something for you
