which of these transulations are do I use for the spannish transulation of ' I am not well' I got 2 answers, yo no es asi and yo no estoy bien. I am not sure which is the correct one and when to use either.

I am unsure when to use which words when one word has more than one meanings

Yo no es así... it's wrong grammatically, it should be "Yo no soy así"... and it means "I'm not like that".

"Yo no estoy bien" means "I'm not well".

By the way, we often drop the "Yo"... and leave it like "No soy así" and "No estoy bien"
