"en cuanto de" VS "en cuenta de"

Question

I think they are "regarding, as for....." and "on account of..." respectively. If that is the case then they are synonyms right? Gracias.

We need more context here, but in any case,

" En cuanto a" is like "Regarding as", "En cuanto de" is not used.

y " a cuenta de " is not "on account of", "on account of" is "a causa de". "En cuenta de" is not used either.

Tener algo "en cuenta" I'd say that means to have something "on account"

a cuenta de = at the expense of

En cuenta de doesn't appear too often without tener, tomar, or caer preceding it, and then you have two different idiomatic expressions. tener/tomar en cuenta (de) = take into account, keep in mind, consider caer en (la) cuenta (de) = realize, catch on
