no it's still "did arrive isn't it? because you don't change the tense of both verbs to past. saying "did" changes the tense of the whole verb phrase. saying did arrived doesn't sound like proper grammar to me.. - 0041e19d, Oct 20, 2010

Actually, "Cuando llegaste" = "When did you arrive"

So it actually says, "When did you arrive and how long are you going to stay here?"
