Posesive pronouns ans compound nouns

Question

I was given this sentence to coorect if it is wrong. I changed MINE instead of ME. Is it correct? Thanks

1. I might be able to get you an interview; the owner’s a friend of me.

Yes, if I understand what you are saying and you changed the sentence to:

...the owner is a friend of mine.

then it is correct.
