Hello, Cyly. Welcome to the forum.
Here's the structure of your sentence:
To be tired of doing something = Estar cansado(a) de hacer algo
Está muy cansada de estudiar
Está = he/she/usted
Muy = very
Cansada = tired (feminine version)
de estudiar = of studying
