Where is this from? I don't think this is the most grammatically-correct Spanish I've seen... but I would translate this to:

"Please, when you write to me, please write to my hotmail (email account) which is the one that I use the most."

Porfis is slang for "por favor", or, please.

"Please, when you write to me, do it to my Hotmail. It's the one I use most."

I don't know what "porfis" is - probably misspelled, but I can't guess what it is meant to be. The rest: "when you write to me, use my hotmail (address). It is the one I most use."

("mas" should have a tilde: "más" - one way to do this is to hold down the ALT button and type 160.)
