** Y menos a desconocido guapo.** Welcome to the Forum Sinan, yes you should always try to give context etc. to me that fragment could mean: .....and less to an unknown (handsome) guy. Or someone that (she) doesn't know whether or not he is handsome. Give us more....

The woman in the book says the following: Pero no tengo porque dar explicaciones a desconocidos. Y menos a un desconocido guapo. What I understand is this: But I don't have to give an explanation to strangers. The second sentence I didn't understand. - sinan634, Oct 19, 2010
Aha, excellent, yes you are right, I don't have to give explanations to strangers, and even less to an unknown handsome guy! - margaretbl, Oct 19, 2010
(just cause he's handsome doesn't mean he will be getting any special treament from her!) JEJE - margaretbl, Oct 19, 2010

In this case, given the previous sentence, that is not "personal a" but rather "to". - Luciente, Oct 19, 2010
