Could someone please tell me how to say: Who made the food? (for the party)
¿Qué hizo la comida? o ¿A quien hizo la comida?

You're close with "¿A quien hizo la comida?" but this means "To whom made the meal."
It should be "¿Quién hizo la comida?

¿Quién hizo la comida?
Quién = who / whom
Qué = what
A quién = to whom (or whom with the personal a).
I think occasionally I see qué used for who, but I am not too sure about the rules for that.
