"Numerito" = "A little number".
"Numerito" = "A scandal/problem/act/make a scene" (informal)
eg: Girl 1: Oye, escuché que has salido con mi novio. Girl 2: Miren, me viene a hacer un numerito ahora.
Girl 1: Hey, I heard you've gone out with my boyfriend. Girl 2: Look everyone, she's come to make a scene.
